I have a concentration in probate and estate matters. I enjoy assisting clients with their estate planning needs. I usually am involved in the active settlement of approximately 30 estates. I have also participated in thousands of real estate related matters ranging from straight forward residential real estate closings to contested land use matters involving site plans variances and waivers. I also have long experience in matrimonial matters and have helped to resolve hundreds of divorces. My goal is to advance my clients’ interests in a fair and evenhanded approach to solving problems.

I am a good listener. Since most of my practice deals with Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills, this trait and a broad and deep experience in these areas has enabled me to be of significant help to many individuals, families and groups.

My practice consists of dealing with every day matters that a normal citizen and family member would encounter in their life. I also specialize in land use approvals, particularly farmland preservation.

I represent property management companies in relation to their landlord/tenant eviction cases. I handle close to 100 eviction cases a month. I also represent ordinary people in criminal and municipal court, handle real estate transactions and prepare wills, trusts, living wills and powers of attorney.

Additionally, I enjoy estate planning with clients and prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney and living wills. I have also participated in a multitude of real estate related matters, from straightforward residential real estate closings to complex commercial transactions.
